Brunelleschi

The aesthetics of this structure recalls Brunelleschi’s Renaissance architecture and re-proposes, in a modern key, the modularity of the arches. A sense of harmony and lightness, conveyed and enhanced by the curved glass which dominates the whole. Steel and glass are the outstanding protagonists of the structure: they create light and shadow effects in a refined atmosphere and give the structure a light and luxurious look.

A real hymn to outdoor life, to enjoy the outdoor environment from a privileged point of view. The Brunelleschi model proposes a new definition of space and orderliness and this structure is a clear reference to such Renaissance precision. Small arch, columns, capitals and cornice: each single element is part of the harmonious modularity of a sober and majestic structure.

With its classic spirit, Brunelleschi expresses the contemporary luxury of living our time. A real outdoor room where the continuity between inside and outside becomes a distinctive element and added value for one’s own well-being.

COCO-DE-MER

Coco de Mer encapsulates the essence of our original Coco, which would have spent long years in the depths of the ocean.

Imaginary divers discovered this Coco nestled in the hollow of a sunken wreck. Transformed by its aquatic surroundings, our Coco de Mer now unveils its new beauty as it is brought back to light.

Metaphorical molluscs and seaweed have clung to it. In their embrace, they bestowed upon our Coco a textured and irregular appearance only Nature can shape so well.

Ben’s process is driven by the physical movements and outside forces that are inherent to working with clay. He shapes his pieces by intuitively smooshing, scraping, and folding the material. He often presses objects that hold sentimental significance to him into the surface of the wet clay.

He is especially influenced by brutalist architecture, Dada principles of spontaneity and chance, and by the strong and diverse infrastructure and flora of the Los Angeles River.

Skylight

An iconic space.
A privileged point of view of the outside world.

An indoor pool with a view of the sky: this is an example of the exclusive luxury which the creation of a skylight can produce. Completely customizable, both in style and construction, the glass and steel roofs are designed to complete home interiors in a unique way. In this model, the style of the roof is the same as that which characterizes Brunelleschi’s buildings: Renaissance spirit combines with the classicism of the environment, giving a fresh touch thanks to its essential lines and the choice of thin profiles.

Alex Roskin’s works blend functional design with modernist sculptural references. A natural successor of innovative artists such as Richard Serra, Jean Arp, and Constantin Brancusi, Roskin’s cast bronze, stainless steel, and carved wood works reflect the artist’s modernist and primitive influences. Beginning with a series of quick sketches, Roskin captures the movement of a basic form. By sculpting in foam and wood, Roskin translates that movement into a structural model that is then 3D scanned so that it can then be cast in bronze, aluminum or steel, and finished with carved wood elements. His works often feature a mammalian physicality with heaving sinuous forms and legs that extend from the body in a bowed fashion.
